Clearyale Player

Privacy policy

Updated 27 September 2026

At a glance

There is no sign-up and no Clearyale account. Your playlists, favourites, squads, resume points and kids-lock PIN are stored only on this device. We don't run analytics, we don't build profiles and we never sell data.

What stays on your device

The playlist details you enter (server address, username and password, or an M3U link), the channels, films and series loaded from them, favourites, squads, resume points, recently watched channels, pinned categories, player and caption settings, and your kids-lock PIN. None of it is sent to us. Remove a playlist or clear your history in Settings, or delete the app to erase everything.

Your IPTV provider

Clearyale connects directly to the provider whose playlist you add, to load its lists, pictures and streams. That provider sees the connection as it would from any app (for example your IP address) and handles it under its own policy. We have no link to providers and we can't see what you watch.

App settings from our server

When it starts, the app downloads a small settings file from our server, for example which ads to show. The request carries nothing about you beyond what every web request carries, such as your IP address, and we don't use it to identify you.

Ads and tracking

On iPhone and iPad the free plan shows ads from Google AdMob. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent first, and iOS asks whether the app may track you. If you allow it, Google may use your device's advertising identifier to show ads that fit you better; if you don't, you still see ads, just not personalised ones. Change your mind any time under Ad privacy choices in the app's Settings, and under Privacy & Security › Tracking in the iOS Settings app. Clearyale Pro shows no ads. Google describes its own use of data in its privacy policy.

Purchases

Clearyale Pro is bought with your Apple ID. Apple handles the payment and we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to check which purchases are active; it receives an anonymous app identifier and your purchase history, not your name or email address.

When you write to us

If you email support@sportzx.app, we use your address and message only to answer you, and keep them no longer than we need to help.

Children

Clearyale isn't made for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them. The kids lock helps adults decide what a child can open on this device.

Your choices and rights

Because your information stays on your device, you're in control of it: see, change or delete it in the app, or delete the app. Wherever you live, you can send us any privacy question or request and we'll answer it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version arrives with an app update and the date at the top changes with it. We point out important changes in the app.
