Does Clearyale come with channels?
No. Clearyale is a player only — it has no channels, movies or series of its own. You add the playlist you get from your own IPTV provider.
How do I add a playlist?
Open Your playlists and tap Add a playlist. Choose an Xtream login (server, username, password), an M3U link, or an M3U file from your phone. Clearyale checks it before saving, so a typo shows up right away.
Xtream login or M3U — which one?
An Xtream login gives the richest experience: categories load on demand, movies and series get posters and details, and your account expiry shows on the Arena. An M3U link or file is one list read in a single go — handy, but lighter on details.
What's free and what's Clearyale Pro?
Free covers one playlist with everything to watch it. Clearyale Pro adds unlimited playlists, your own squads and removes every ad. Already paid on another device? Use Restore purchases in Settings.
How do I switch between playlists?
Tap the playlist chip at the top of the Arena and pick another one, or make one active from Your playlists. Favourites, squads and history belong to each playlist.
How do favourites work?
Tap the heart on any channel, movie, series or episode. They all land in the Locker, where you can filter by type. Removed one by mistake? Tap Undo on the notice.
What are squads?
Squads are your own named lists — say, every channel for the derby, or a weekend movie line-up. Give each a colour and choose what it holds. Creating squads is part of Clearyale Pro; the ones you already have keep working.
Where do I pick up a movie or episode?
Clearyale remembers where you stopped. Unfinished movies and episodes wait on the Arena under Pick up where you left off, and a detail page offers to resume or start over.
How does the parental gate work?
Set a 4-digit PIN under Settings › Parental gate, then lock sections, categories or single channels. Locked items ask for the PIN; entering it opens that playlist until you tap Lock again or restart the app. Five wrong tries pause the keypad for 30 seconds.
I forgot my PIN. Now what?
The PIN is stored only in scrambled form, so nobody can read it back — not even us. The only way to reset it is to delete and reinstall Clearyale, which also removes your playlists and settings.
The stream keeps buffering. What helps?
Streams come straight from your provider. Try Wi-Fi instead of mobile data, move closer to the router, close other apps using the network, or try another channel to see if it's just one. If everything stalls, your provider's server may be busy — check with them.
A channel or movie is missing. Why?
Clearyale shows exactly what your provider's playlist contains. If something is missing or doesn't play, it depends on your provider. Give it a while, and contact the provider if it's still gone.
Can I jump to a channel by number?
Yes. While a live channel plays, tap the keypad button and type its number — Clearyale jumps there after a short pause or when you tap Go. Unknown or locked numbers stay put.
What is Match mode?
Match mode is built for the full ninety: the screen stays awake, the controls shrink to a LIVE badge and a clock, and they fade away quickly. Switch it on from the player's Settings tab.
