A player, not a provider

Clearyale Player is a media player. It contains no channels, films, series or other content, and we don't sell, host or recommend any. Everything you watch comes from a playlist you add from your own provider.

Your playlists, your responsibility

Add only playlists you have the right to use. You're responsible for what you play and for following the law and your provider's terms. Don't use Clearyale to watch or pass on content without its owner's permission. We aren't connected to any provider and aren't responsible for their content, availability or quality.

Free plan and Clearyale Pro

The free plan has limits shown in the app, such as how many playlists you can add, and shows ads on iPhone and iPad. Clearyale Pro removes ads and unlocks extra features. The price and what's included are shown before you buy.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules. After reinstalling or changing device, use Restore purchases in Settings.

Fair use

Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, try to get around its limits or its kids lock, or use it to harm others or break the law.

App Store terms

If you downloaded Clearyale from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support.

No guarantees

Clearyale is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, work with every provider or stream, or be free of errors.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything caused by third-party content or services such as your provider's. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms; a new version arrives with an app update and the date at the top changes with it. You can stop using Clearyale at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering the app or parts of it.
